Facials-Home Kit


Mama’s away but your glow is gonna stay!



 

before we start

place and open the following items on your sink counter:

  • botanical gel cleanser

  • chamomile soothing tonic

  • PRO enzyme

  • PRO mask

  • cucumber gel serum

  • bee-loved face crème

  • (3) face towels

  • (1) cotton round

  • (1) spatula

  • timer (phone, watch, etc)

  • book, journal & pen, or phone/tablet/laptop (see the Serenity Break at the bottom of this page for ideas)

  • additional item: Avocado eye crème (not included in the kit)


 

step 1

wash your hands with soap and warm water


 

step 2

double cleanse

  1. lather a dime-sized amount of botanical gel cleanser onto your face

  2. rinse off

  3. repeat 1 & 2

  4. pat face dry with 1st face towel

(5 minutes)


 

step 3

tonic (use travel size for all three facials)

  1. dispense 4 sprays of cucumber soothing tonic onto a cotton round, wipe over entire face and neck (avoid eye area)

  2. set a timer for 1-2 minutes allowing the product enough time to absorb into the skin

(2 minutes)


 

step 4

enzyme

  1. using the spatula, remove all the enzyme out of container (rinse spatula)

  2. using fingertips, apply product onto face and neck (avoid eye area)

  3. set a timer for 10 minutes
    (see the Serenity Break at the bottom of this page for ideas)

  4. after 10 minutes have passed, wet 1st facial towel with warm water and thoroughly remove the enzyme

  5. rinse face towel and set aside

  6. pat face dry with the 2nd face towel

(15 minutes)


 

step 5

Face mask

  1. using the spatula, remove all the face mask out of container (rinse spatula)

  2. using fingertips, apply product onto face and neck (avoid eye area)

  3. set a timer for 10 minutes
    (see the Serenity Break at the bottom of this page for ideas)

  4. after 10 minutes have passed, wet 2nd facial towel with warm water and thoroughly remove the face mask

  5. rinse face towel and set aside

  6. pat face dry with the 3rd face towel

(15 minutes)


 

step 6

serum

  1. dispense a dime size amount of cucumber gel serum onto fingertips

  2. apply onto face and neck (avoid eye area)

  3. set a timer for 1 to 2 minutes allowing the product enough time to absorb into the skin

(2 minutes)


 

step 7

face crème

  1. dispense a dime size amount of bee loved face crème onto fingertips

  2. apply onto face and neck (avoid eye area)

  3. set a timer for 1 to 2 minutes allowing the product enough time to absorb into the skin

(1 minutes)


 

step 8

additional item: Avocado eye crème (not included in kit)

  1. dispense a dime size amount of avocado eye crème onto fingertips

  2. apply around eye area

  3. allow the product enough time to absorb into the skin

(1 minutes)


 

step 9

post facial care

  1. wash three towels included in kit to use for remaining facials

  2. avoid for 72 hours: sunbathing, sun beds, fake tan, hot baths or showers, saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, excessive sweating, sports, gym, any form of exercise, swimming, harsh products with active ingredients, wearing make-up, any facial massage or picking at your skin.

  • Positive Affirmations – Write down three affirmations that resonate with you.

  • Dreams or Goals – What are you working toward, and why does it matter?

  • Relaxation Reflections – What helps you feel truly relaxed and at peace?

  • Mindful Moments – Describe something beautiful you noticed today.

  • Recent Joys – What made you smile or feel happy recently?

  • Inspiration – Write about something or someone that inspires you.

  • Creative Doodles – If words aren’t flowing, sketch or doodle freely. Freestyle - mindlessly write anything that comes to mind.
